SKI AND BOOT DEPOT
Leave your skis and boots in the depot in Intersport Arlberg which can be found in the house. As our guests you will also receive a 10% discount on ski and boot rental.
CAR PARKING AREA
We offer one garage parking space per room/apartment.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations are only valid when placed in writing. The Austrian General Trading Conditions for Hoteliers (AGBH 2006) apply. In the case of a late arrival or early departure the room price for the entire reservation period will be charged.
TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE
In accordance with the General Conditions in Austria we recommend you take out a travel cancellation insurance.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
Your reservation is confirmed on receipt of a deposit. To minimise commission charges we recommend you use the correct bank codes. Payment of the total bill must be made in cash or bank credit transfer (before arrival). We do not accept credit cards.
